Quality Assurance

Is there anything worse than something breaking after you purchased it or had it repaired?  Yes there is.  It is when the establishment you went to will not do anything to remedy it.  We understand this frustration, so we do our best to not allow that to happen here through two main ways.

First – We sell high quality merchandise that is constructed for beauty and durability.  All of our items have at least a one year warranty on them and several have a lifetime warranty.  We want you to be able to trust that what you purchase here will not break and if it does, that we will take care of it.

And just in case you were wondering, this is NOT how we repair things around here either.

Second – Our repairs are done with care and precision.  They are not rushed through and every one is checked for quality assurance that it was done properly and to our high standards.  Most of our repairs also come with a one year warranty for peace of mind.

Oh, by the way this is the guy that we have here to make sure everything gets done correctly.

So the point is – we believe in quality assurance for everything that goes on in our store and back it up with more than just words!
